Liquid Fire Retardant (FR-PN-G)

1. Summary
In recent years, with the development of the high building, commercial plaza, apartment, hotel, airport, railway station and transportation, there’s an increasing need of light and specious unwound hanging textile such as decorative product, curtain, wall fabric, wallpaper, carpet, purdah and so on. In the mean time, there are frequent textile fires because of misusing electric equipment or electric spark caused by malfunction and superheat. The fire has brought to us great loss and how to avoid such fires is an important subject facing the decorative textile development field.

2. Brief introduction
This product is a compound type fire retardant, is produced by mixing several compounds, like the phosphorus, nitrogen and so on. In the fabric treating process, besides may use the cellulose's wool effect function to adsorb, moreover, it can cause the carboxyl reaction with the cellulose molecular structure, further enhances the cellulose's fire resistance properties. Also has certain flame-resisting effect to the artificial fiber polyester fabric and the T/C blending fabric. It now has become the ideal fire retardant for one-off handling the window blind, curtain, velvet, wallpaper, wall cloth, bedspread and all kinds of loose hanging fabrics.

3. Application
Applied in cotton, hemp, feather, paper, wood, rayon, enzyme fiber and polyester as well as hotel, integrated building, waiting hall, purdah and bedspread in showplace, furniture wrap, carpet, wallpaper, tapestry, wooden furniture to make them hard to catch fire.

5. Operating rules and precautionsn
Fabricwool effect dryingsoaking, rolling, brushing or dip treatingdrying (may adopt the natural airing, stoving & iron dry) end product.
The velour, velvet and its good bulking fabric can adopt the double-face spray coating; spray evenly, must have certain dosage; may use multi-times spray coating, each time intervals for 30-60 minutes, and guarantee its full absorption. In order to guarantee the fabric surface's beautiful may spray the reverse side for many times. Dipping treatment: process the fabric surface's oil stain by the wool effect treatment, after drying, soaking for 10-15 minutes in the certain temperature steeping liquor (soaking time depends on fabric thickness), again soaking and rolling for several times, the soaking and rolling time decides by fabric thickness, generally soaking and rolling over 2-4 times, then drying.
